Innovation and Excellence in Health Tech

It’s all about YOU in driving innovation and achieving excellence in health tech.

Amid a climate of significant developments in technology, changing consumer attitudes and increasing focus on wellness and preventative health, the AXA Health Tech & You Awards have created two new categories geared to provide the most valuable, trusted tools for consumers in the marketplace - by celebrating entrepreneurs who are providing effective tools for citizens to take charge of their health-changing the way people think about their wellbeing while helping to solve the big problems in healthcare. 

The categories have been shaped through the advice of our Expert Working Group and are underpinned by Core Values embracing human-centredness, inclusivity, transparency and trustworthiness.

The new ‘Innovation’ category is geared to recognise pioneers in early-stage start-ups and the ‘Excellence’ category will focus on later stage businesses. Both categories are looking for standalone solutions to help citizens take charge of their health and wellbeing, as well as smart applications that enrich the relationship between people and their carers (whether health professionals, friends or family).  

Now in its fifth year, the AXA Health Tech & You Awards Programme has been hugely successful in driving proactive consumer engagement in health and supporting innovation in this area.  We are working with Collider Health with support from other partners including Women of Wearables, One HealthTech and Our Mobile Health to discover exciting and innovative health technology.

We want to hear from all pioneering entrepreneurs and innovators at whatever stage in their journey developing an innovative product or service for consumers to manage and/or improve their health and wellbeing - it doesn’t matter what the health tech is, as long as it helps people live happier healthier lives!
